Responsibilities:

Edit and create high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
Organize and manage raw video footage, ensuring proper file organization and backup.
Cut and trim footage segments to ensure smooth transitions, continuity, and seamless integration of audio, video, and graphics.
Enhance videos with special effects, animations, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance engagement and convey the desired message.
Incorporate music, voiceovers, sound effects, and other audio elements to enhance the overall video production.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure videos align with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, software, and industry trends to continuously improve video quality and production processes.
Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility, quality, and performance across various devices.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and creativity.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of video editing techniques, principles of visual storytelling, and composition.
Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, and other video editing techniques.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and execute creative briefs effectively.
Time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of video compression, codecs, and file formats for different platforms.
Basic understanding of audio editing and mixing techniques is a plus.
A degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.
