- Develop and implement quality control processes, including testing procedures, to ensure accuracy and reliability of lab results.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and instruments, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with suppliers for repairs or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Train and supervise lab technicians to ensure that they follow established procedures and protocols.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate results to management.
