Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead our growth initiatives in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about IT products (Management systems, CRMs etc.), possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and have a proven track record of driving business development strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to expand our client base and market presence.
Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and service offerings tailored to client needs.
Coordinate Snagging and PM Services to ensure client satisfaction.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements to achieve monthly unit closure targets and yearly bulk acquisition goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. With negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the IT platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, including relevant regulations, trends, and customer preferences.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
