Responsibilities:
- Product Listing and Optimization:
- Create and manage product listings on Amazon.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for better search visibility and sales.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage customer reviews and feedback.
- Order Processing:
- Process and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
- Handle returns and refunds as necessary.
- Pricing and Competition Analysis:
- Monitor competitors' prices and adjust pricing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Advertising and Promotions:
- Create and manage Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators.
- Generate reports to track the performance of products and campaigns.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Perform various administrative duties, such as email management and data entry.
- Assist in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Amazon Policy Compliance:
- Stay updated on Amazon's policies and ensure compliance.
- Help manage account health and deal with any policy violations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and its tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and Amazon's marketplace policies.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using software and tools for Amazon sellers.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
