Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for Technical Recruiter who love building lasting relationships, are persistent, creative, and have a drive to succeed. Recruiting is an art, requiring equal parts of technical savvy, hard work, and intuition. If you are that artist and enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we'd like to meet you.

Minimum Qualifications

Min 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience.
Candidates will work in PST timezone (PAK night shift) but 100% remote
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
Must be innovative, detail oriented, work quickly and accurately, and be able to change tasks and focus easily
Strong networking skills
Good grasp of LinkedIn and all its features
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task.
Must be computer savvy with strong MS Office experience
VMS experience preferred.
