Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Provide creative leadership to the design team, ensuring a cohesive and inspiring vision across projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into design strategies. This position will require to interact with the clients so proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.

UI/UX Design:

Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in design workflows.

Development Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with developers to understand technical constraints and possibilities, ensuring designs are feasible and scalable.

Follow UX strategies and development guidelines to create responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes.

Team Management:

Mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture. Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback and helping the team to continuously improve their skills.

Client Interaction:

Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, present design concepts, and address feedback effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives.

Trend Analysis and Innovation:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge and relevant. Encourage and drive innovation within the design team, pushing boundaries and exploring new ideas.

Project Management:

Collaborate with project managers to ensure design timelines and deliverables are met. Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior UI/UX Designer in a reputable agency or in-house design team. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to both internal teams and clients. Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of designers.
Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
