Job Title: Accounting and Finance Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Join our team as a Finance Executive, where you'll manage accounting, handle payrolls, and ensure smooth tax management. We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience. Our preference leans towards individuals holding ACCA qualifications, though we welcome applicants with a graduate degree in Accounting and Finance (minimum of 16 years of education) as well.

Responsibilities:

1. Keep financial records in check.

2. Manage day-to-day accounting tasks.

3. Handle payroll processes and ensure compliance.

4. Be on top of payroll calculations and disbursements.

5. Coordinate tax-related activities and meet deadlines.

6. Prepare clear and concise financial reports.

7. Share insights on financial performance.

Additional Responsibilities

Help us keep things running smoothly! Besides finance, you'll lend a hand in basic administrative tasks, streamlining office processes, managing office supplies and equipment, and coordinating office events and meetings. We're seeking a versatile candidate to make an impact both in finance and administration.

Qualifications:

ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Understanding of industry-standard methodologies in the finance domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
