Responsibilities:

Conduct innovative research in the fields of Reaction Kinematics, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and Materials Science.
Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and contribute to the development of new products and technologies.
Go through various Research publications and provide insights on product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research projects from conception to completion.
Write Technical and Research literature based on Company requirements
Stay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating new findings into research strategies.

Qualifications:

Master's (MS) or MPhil in Chemistry from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in research, with a focus on Analytical Chemistry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
