Project Detail

We're building Thrive, an innovative all-in-one financial ecosystem that will revolutionize how people manage their money. We're a small team ourselves and are looking for a talented individual Figma UI/UX Designer or a small team of two to bring our vision to life. This project involves designing a comprehensive 45-screen dashboard UI/UX to provide users with a seamless, user-friendly experience for managing their finances.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for the 45-screen dashboard, as well as web and mobile platforms.
Create visually stunning and intuitive interfaces that align with our brand identity and user needs.
Collaborate closely with our product team to ensure a cohesive and successful product launch.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and continuously improve the user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices in the fintech industry.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Figma: Mastery of Figma's design and prototyping tools.
Dashboard Design Expertise: Proven experience designing complex, data-rich dashboards.
User-Centered Design (UCD) Principles: Deep understanding of user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
Visual Design Skills: Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and engaging interfaces.
Interaction Design Skills: Proficiency in creating intuitive user flows and interactions.
Information Architecture: Ability to organize and structure information effectively.
Fintech Experience: Understanding of financial products, services, and user needs (preferred).
Strong Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with a team.
Self-Motivation and Proactivity: Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in Figma, specifically with dashboard design.
Expertise in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, with a focus on financial dashboards.
Excellent understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user behavior.
Ability to work independently and proactively within a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey your design ideas.
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
