Business Development Manager / Online Bidding - Upwork

Xacrosoft a Lahore-based software/Web development company is looking for an ambitious and energetic BDM / Online Bidding Expert to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development/sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Well-versed in IT sales and marketing.
Must have a strong grip on Upwork, People per hour platforms.
Prior experience in finding clients in Web development including (MEAN AND MERN Stack development niche) CMS ( WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix)from Upwork
Quality project selection and bidding.
Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the project.
Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.
Project price estimation, quote/proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

Requirements:

1-2 Years of experience in IT sales, BDM/ online bidding, and marketing.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/BBA/MBA/ BSCS
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
