Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management
- Strong knowledge of the plastic industry and material
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work in Karachi Division, Pakistan
