Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our IT services agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing full-scale sales and lead generation strategies, targeting leads, closing deals and training other sales reps in the agency.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and lead generation plans to achieve business targets
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
Develop and implement sales training programs for sales reps in the agency
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and marketing materials
Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements to the sales process
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other networking events

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Strong knowledge of the IT services industry and market trends
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train sales reps
Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
