Looking for a bright, flexible and enthusiastic individual interested in joining a successful and Growing Commercial & Residential Real Estate Sector.
Real estate managers must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate with owners, staff and tenants in an effective and efficient manner.
Computer literacy, record keeping and strong leadership abilities are also required.
Manual dexterity and knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment may be helpful in more hands-on positions.
The position demands strong Time-management, organization multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Potential candidates should have strong written, verbal, and mathematical skills.
The ideal candidate should have a professional demeanor, be technologically proficient and can learn new technologies quickly.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential.
Candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, corporate sales environment with prior real estate experience being preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point Skills
