We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Developer & Project Manager. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills to lead our development projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Developer and Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in [specific programming languages and technologies relevant to your company].
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
