A growing national company working in water, energy and environment areas requires the services of a professional and highly skilled Sales Engineer for its Head Office (Mustafa Town, Lahore)

We are looking for a passionate Sales Engineer to join our sales team. The Sales Engineer's responsibilities include providing customer support, generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a Sales Engineer you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales exngineer should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Sales Engineer's Responsibilities:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  •  Stay current on industry trends and regulations
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Sales Engineer's Requirements:

  • Engineering Graduate (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical)
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Independently create detailed business plans to facilitate business growth and revenue
  • Ability to generate new business opportunities and revenue growth
  • Establish relationships with decision-makers in target accounts to understand business needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Follow up-to book meetings with leads that are generated by the marketing team
