We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team to success. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills to motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets, develop customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive sales growth
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and training to enhance team performance
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, think strategically, and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a related industry (e.g., retail, consumer goods, etc.)
  • Advanced degree or certification in sales, marketing, or business
  • Proven experience in sales training and development
