Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels including calls, emails, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
  • Demonstrate empathy and patience when assisting customers, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction.
  • Efficiently manage multiple communication channels to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer support.
  • Document and categorize customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints for further analysis and improvement.
  • Escalate critical matters to higher authorities when necessary, while ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to accurately assist customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools (particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
  • Typing speed of 20-25 words per minute.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Services Domain.
