The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing all logistics operations within the company. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing tasks that ensure smooth logistical support for the company’s needs. The Logistics Manager will also be responsible for managing the logistics team, setting priorities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations.
- Prioritize and assign tasks to the logistics team.
- Manage complex tasks such as opening bank accounts and getting contracts signed.
- Coordinate with external parties for hiring and procurement processes.
- Ensure that all logistical tasks are completed within set deadlines.
- Track and report on logistics performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
