We are seeking a proficient Arabic-speaking Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Arabic-speaking clientele. This role requires fluency in Arabic, strong communication skills, and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers in Arabic through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other service-related issues.
  • Work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and computer applications.
