We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Sales Person to join our team in the electrical and solar business sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales in both the electrical and solar product lines. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, renewable energy technologies, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels including networking events, cold calling, online research, and referrals.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our electrical and solar products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.

4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the electrical and solar sectors.

5. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.

6. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.

7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and threats.

8. Marketing Collateral: Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content to support sales efforts.

9. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to continually improve our products, services, and customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the electrical or solar industry.

3. Strong understanding of electrical systems and renewable energy technologies.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

5. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

8. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with solar photovoltaic systems and related components.

2. Certification in sales or marketing.

3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and incentives related to renewable energy.
