About Veeve:
Veeve Pakistan is a subsidiary of Veeve Inc., based out of Seattle, USA. Veeve is a shopper engagement ecosystem for the In-store experience. Veeve’s proprietary technology combines the tactile gratification of in-store shopping with a content-rich online experience through its innovative smart cart technology. Veeve is also building a retail Ad media network solution for targeting In-store shoppers.
Veeve's senior management team comes from global blue chip organizations such as Amazon, Y Combinator, and Deloitte in the USA, Asia, and the Middle East.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data entry based on images and video data into simple and advanced classes, based on instructions from the Computer Vision team.
- Draw boxes, lines, and polygons on the images using specialized software.
- Serve as quality control by performing validation tasks on annotated data to improve accuracy.
- Deliver high-quality annotated data.
- Comfortably work on multiple projects and tools, switching contexts between them.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision (training is provided).
- Ability to make judgment calls on complex edge cases that might come up during labeling.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
IT and Technical Skills:
- Data labeling
- Polygon annotation
- Polyline annotation
- Line annotation
- Experience in labeling tools would be advantageous.
Interpersonal and Soft Skills:
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Very good attention to detail. No Tolerance for sloppy work.
- Self-organized & disciplined.
- Team player (cooperates and works well with team members).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain issues clearly and simply, both orally and in writing.
