Salary: 100,000 - 200,000 PKR

Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Pakistan Standard TimeJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs that support our organization’s growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Career Planning, Employee Engagement, and Employee Onboarding.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to align employee goals with company objectives, including conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Design and manage learning and development programs that enhance employees’ skills, foster career growth, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Assist employees in creating and executing career development plans, supporting their professional growth within the organization.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing programs that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Lead the design and execution of effective employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience atleast 3 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of successfully leading HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, Employee onboarding, learning and development, compensation, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
