You will play a key role in driving our sales activities, expanding our client base, and contributing to our firm's growth and success. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must Know how to generate sales through different digital sales platforms and familiar with digital business development activities.
  • Generate and qualify leads, then convert them into clients through proactive outreach and follow-up activities.
  • Present, promote, and sell Vairt.com's real estate investment products using solid arguments and engaging communication skills.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the real estate investment industry.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation or Master Degree
  • Proven 5 to 6 work experience as a sales representative, ideally in real estate or a related financial sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with customer relationship management.
  • Fluent in English;
