- Must be able to work on AutoCAD
- Should be able to prepare and submite MEP shop drawings before commencement of work
- Should be able to co-ordinate with Civil team regarding MEP works
- Should be able to attend meetings
- Should be able to submite proposal regarding new openings required in structure
- Should be able to carry our inspections
- Should be able to communicate with surveyor reagrding layout of MEP works
