A USA based retail group specializing in the operation and management of gas stations, convenience stores and carwash facilities owns and operates multiple stations of renowned brands such as BP, Shell and Mobil is urgently looking for the position of Accounts Executive for its back office in Karachi.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible for the Reconciliation of Sales, Credit Cards and Cash accounts.
- Responsible to resolve discrepancies in the reconciliation process.
- Manage all accounting transactions with reporting.
- Work and communicate closely with team including US staff.
- Provide support to the senior with various tasks as needed.
- Assist in monthly and annual closings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Experience of 4 to 5 years in accounts preferably with US Based firm.
- Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Accounts or Master will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and QBO.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have own conveyance.
- Age between 30 to 35 years.
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Night Shift (US Based)
Timings: 7PM to 3AM PST
Package: Excellent Salary 70K to 80K with annual bonus and paid leaves.
