Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and engage with potential leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media, etc.)
  • Qualify leads based on a defined sales process and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for targeting and closing new business Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and educate them on how our SaaS solutions can solve their business challenges
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-based environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and generating sales leads
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a team environment
  • ⁠Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient during challenging sales cycles
  • A passion for learning about new technologies and solving customer pain points

Education: BS/BBA/MBA

Experience: 2-3 years
