Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

2. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.

3. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share market insights.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.

7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

8. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

2. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
