As we expand our reach, we are looking for enthusiastic Soft-Calling Agents to join our team and help us connect with potential leads in Pakistan.
As a Soft-Calling Agent at Transcend Realty, you will be responsible for making initial contact with potential clients in Pakistan, introducing them to our international real estate investment opportunities. Your primary goal will be to establish rapport, understand their investment interests, and provide information that encourages them to consider our offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine interest in helping clients make informed investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make initial contact with potential clients via phone calls.
- Introduce and explain our international real estate investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.
- Listen to client needs and provide tailored information about our offerings.
- Schedule follow-up calls and arrange more in-depth conversations with senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Use Google Sheets and Excel to manage and track client information and sales data.
- Stay updated on market trends and our real estate offerings to provide clients with the most relevant information.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of real estate markets and investment principles is a plus.
- Comfortable with remote working and using CRM software.
