Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Actively promote FMCG products in supermarkets and marts, engaging customers and encouraging purchases.
- Customer Interaction: Provide information about products, answer questions, and gather customer feedback to enhance brand loyalty.
- In-Store Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the benefits and features of the products.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales data and report on customer interactions to assess the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
