We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As an RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Educating patients and their families on healthcare procedures and management of conditions.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhering to all healthcare regulations, protocols, and standards.
Qualifications
- Current state RN license.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- CPR and BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
