- Draft, vet, and review Contracts, MOUs, Guarantees, and other legal documents.
- Abstract key legal information from contracts and legal documents including but not limited to commercial contracts, papers, and reports.
- Presentation skills will be an added advantage.
- Research on different laws and advise businesses on their respective queries from a legal compliance perspective.
- Provide legal advice and assistance to Business, Operations, HR, and Finance Departments that balance business objectives and legal risk.
- Assistance to HR Department in matters related to employees’ disciplinary matters.
- Updating and consulting with the Head of the Department and Supervisor/Manager on pending assignments.
- Working on ad-hoc projects requiring input and assistance from Legal Department.
- Understanding and identifying the “legal gaps” in current processes of businesses and coming up with solutions to provide effective coverage.
