Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing documents and maintaining records.
  • Handle emails and phone calls, providing timely and accurate responses while maintaining confidentiality of records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Help with the preparation of job postings and advertisements as needed.
  • Assist with the collection and verification of new hire paperwork, including visa documentation and work permits.
  • Aid in payroll processing tasks, including data entry, timesheet management, and payroll reconciliation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executives, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics for events.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, HR assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Additional certifications or training is a plus.
