Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify and manage financial risks, including currency fluctuations, interest rate changes, and market volatility.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Treasury and Cash Management:
- Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
- Oversee investment activities and optimize the company's capital structure.
- Develop relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Internal Controls and Auditing:
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Implement best practices in financial governance and control.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration between finance and other departments.
- Ensure the finance team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CFA or CPA preferred).
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
