We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to support our team with various ecommerce tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our online store and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns.
  • Inventory Management: Update product listings, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate product descriptions.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics.
  • Content Creation: Write product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Data Entry: Enter customer information, order details, and other relevant data into our systems.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on sales, customer feedback, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in ecommerce or customer service is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic SEO practices.
  • Reliability: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
