Responsible for all day-to-day finishing/construction site activities
Successful & smooth execution of all activities
Supervising all the subcontractors & labor on site
Managing site visits, inspections & discussions with all stakeholders
Verifying stock quantities, maintaining stock & managing inventory
Manager orders & deliveries on project site
Organize staff work schedules
Maintain complete records for site reports
Enforcing site safety rules
Strict check on quality control
Experience in finishing of houses

Site Supervisor Requirements:

Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Outstanding leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
