Accounts Officer

We are currently seeking a skilled accountant to join our team. As an accountant at our company, you will be responsible for managing financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, a proven track record of success in managing Accounts and Client communication, and must be proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

Manage financial records and ensure the accuracy of all transactions
Prepare accounts payables and receivables reports for management
Communicate with Clients for payment confirmations
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree OR Diploma in accounting or related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel are mandatory
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Skills in QuickBooks is a PLUS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
