Responsibilities:

To receive information and samples for testing.
To verify requisition in accordance with testing protocols.
To coordinate with customers regarding testing being conducted, shortcoming in information and complaints.
To punch test reports on web portal.
To monitor and follow-up for the put-up of the invoices and recovery of the testing bills from customers.
To give feedback regarding new / additional services required by the customers.
To make sales calls to new and potential customers.
