TMC is a recruitment agency looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees for clients.
Salary: 50k to 70k along with 10k to 30k commission on each candidate.
Recruiter responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions for clients.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
• Efficiently coordinate with the clients, and provide resources promptly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Masters in HRM majors.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter min 2 to 5.
• Recruitment agency experience would be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
