TMC is a recruitment agency looking for a Business Development Manager who is responsible for the growth of the company. They work with the HR & Digital Marketing team to develop business, negotiate terms and communicate effectively with clients.
Location: i-8/4 Islamabad
Responsibilities:
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Conduct research on how to get new clients.
- Promote the company’s recruitment services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Keep records of leads, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assign lead to recruiters and get feedback from recruiters on weekly bases and report to CEO about progress.
- Provide guidance to Recruiters & Digital Marketing team on how to mature the lead in a timely manner.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Masters in HRM majors or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a BDM min 3 to 6.
- Recruitment agency experience would be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
