Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional support to clients and guests, answering their queries.
  • Manage the intake process for both existing clients and new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Must be proficient in managing CRM tools to handle, client OR customer information, track leads, communication, and ensure follow-ups.
  • Accurately record details of client interactions, ensuring all relevant information is captured for future reference.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to ensure they are progressing through the sales funnel.
  • Track and manage leads, ensuring they are attended to promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexible to work in US hours.
