We are looking for a Call Center (customer service) Representative who has excellent communication skills and can speak English fluently.
- Answer customers’calls.
- Listen to customers’ needs and provide product/service information to them.
- Process forms and sales orders requested by customers.
- Inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education Matric or O Level but BA or MA in English is highly preferred (Open to Intermediate, BS & MS Students as well).
- Speak and understand English (IELTS is highly desired).
- In Person job in the Office (Not Online or Remote work.)
