We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to generate leads and provide them with accurate construction estimates. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our construction estimation services.
  • Gather information about client needs and project specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
  • Collaborate with the estimation team to ensure timely and precise project quotes.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and client feedback in our CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly targets for leads generated and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and estimation techniques is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
