We're seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team and be the engine behind our sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels, nurturing those leads, and ultimately converting them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator (minimum 1 year experience) to identify and research high-value leads that align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Leverage Upwork to discover projects that match our company's services and expertise.
  • Craft personalized messages and build effective outreach templates to engage potential clients via email and social media.
  • Develop compelling follow-up sequences to keep leads interested and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Build and manage a robust lead pipeline using a CRM (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Track and update the progress of leads on a daily basis, keeping the pipeline clean and optimized.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the CEO to discuss strategies, progress reports, and receive guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 year experience in a lead generation or B2B sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation goals.
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead nurturing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging messages.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive and results-oriented attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
