The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for resolving customer issues through phone and online support, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and delivering excellent customer service.

The Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and communication logs.

  • Customer Support, Online Support, and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in resolving customer issues and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and communication logs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferable

Salary Range

25k to 30k
