• Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Handle inquiries and provide general information to visitors and clients.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events or meetings.
