The HR Operations Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of human resources processes within the organization. They are responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment staff for sites, HRIS management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The HR Operations Officer works closely with HR management to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to Deputy Manager on RIG Site staff recruitment & rotation.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Stay abreast of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
  • Update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and regulations.
  • Maintain personnel files and other HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct RIG Site staff initial screening & interviews
  • Facilitates & provide assistance to RIG Site staff regarding their compensation & benefits & leave issues
  • Coordinates with RSD (Rig Support Division) & Sukkur Office related to manpower shortage, rotation & uniform matters
  • Coordinate with on leaves staff
  • Dispatch staff at sites
  • Prepare staff dispatch letters
  • Prepare main power plaining for new project
  • Negotiate the selected candidate regarding salary & benefits
  • In collaboration with IT Department work on development of HRIS
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (Rig site strength, Over days Report, uniform issuance report & starter leaver report

Skills

  • Human Resources knowledge and experience.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Employee Relations experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus

Qualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience Minimum 2 Years or 3 Years’ experience

Age Limit 25-35 Years
