Skills & Experience

  • Windows, Linux and MacOS Systems Management.
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory, DNS and DHCP. Experience with Microsoft 365 Services Including Azure AD, MS Exchange Online, MS Teams, MS SharePoint & Microsoft Endpoint (Intune) Administration.
  • Experience with Virtualization Technologies i.e. VMWare or Hyper-V
  • Having 1-2 year of experience in Microsoft Azure & AWS. Having 1-2 year of experience in IT Support to End Users.

As a Cloud & Helpdesk Engineer, You Will

  • Monitor incoming tickets and perform maintenance or deployment work.
  • Provide IT Support to End-User remotely through TeamViewer/AnyDesk.
  • Implement cutting-edge cloud tools and technologies.
  • Deploy, Configure & Manage Production infrastructure Hosted in MS Azure/AWS Cloud.
