Responsibilities Include:

Answer customer calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maximize the work span
Create high-quality engaging content including text, images, videos and interactive media
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
