Sale Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our Truck Dispatch Call Center team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our truck dispatch services to potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by converting leads into satisfied clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our truck dispatch services, explain the benefits.
Utilize various methods, including cold calling, lead databases, and referrals, to generate new sales.
Understand customers' unique transportation needs and provide tailored solutions.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Operational processes to answer client inquiries effectively.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features.

Requirements:

Proven experience of at least one year as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and upsell services.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
