1. Contact students from existing doctors databases and develop a business relationship with them in a way of customer care approach as per company standards.
2. Introduction about studying MEDIC services, courses and products.
3. Offer discounts and opportunities for courses and products for customers and make their enrollment
4. Update all data into CRM software, webchat follow ups, LMS follow ups.
5. Make a "service bridge" between students and StudyMEDIC
6. Helping students for the payments for course joining.
7. Describe the courses and its curriculum to the students through telephone, email, and chats.
8. Promoting the events/free sessions in a given database for generating sales leads.
9. Implement and oversee a free session's guidance program that provides students with a safe and non-judgmental way to voice their concerns or worries. Converting them into sales.
10. Assist administrators and educators with planning and carrying out StudyMEDIC -related programs and events.
11. Analyze student performance in the free groups to provide guidance and identify potential clients and convert them into sales closing.
12. Learn doctor's names, career objectives and other details so you can better serve them for the future.
13. Help students to develop their academic plans in accordance with their skills, talents and strengths which are matching or through with StudyMEDIC products and services.
14. Work collaboratively with the StudyMEDIC operations and other supportive staff
15. Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention programs to stick on organizational targets.
16. Communicate with doctors on an ongoing basis about behavioral and academic problems related to scheduled courses and services.
17. Reporting to the line manager with relevant details in official format,
18. Responsible to follow the instructions assigned by line manager for the smooth operation of StudyMEDIC
19. Students Support Staff should be responsible for our active sales and marketing assignments like Career Guidance Program Student's Engagement Program / Student's Course Familiarization etc. and that should be reported to the line manager with necessary figures.
